The workshop will cover:
• Principals of Naturopathy – how it can cure disease.
• Do’s & Don’ts – What we should and should not do to maintain a healthy life style.
• Diet and Herbal tea (Kadha) preparations.
• Exercises – in tune with Naturopathy.
• Questions & answers – this will help clarify our understanding of naturopathy and how we can utilize it in our day to day life.
